Upon arrival I had forgotten my vouchers in the hotel To our surprise they let us do the massage first and then deliver the vouchers later How amazing is that for great service I call them the Singapore airline standard spa. Despite of the reasonable price you can expect top tier in every expect Being a spa fan I had never experienced such great standard from ambiance to receptionist to masseurs Highly recommended. Keep up the good work

Relaxing Retreat at Natureland Chijmes I recently had the pleasure of visiting Natureland Chijmes for a series of treatments, and my overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. During my visits, I indulged in a 90-minute foot massage session as well as separate sessions for a body scrub and an hour-long body massage. The staff at Natureland Chijmes were incredibly gentle and attentive, ensuring that each treatment was carried out with utmost care and expertise. The cleanliness of the facilities was notable. From the treatment rooms to the shower area, everything was well-maintained and spotless. Really happy to have Natureland Chijmes as me and my sisters' 1st experience out of all Natureland branches. Staff were really friendly and accommodative to our needs as we requested female masseuse for both of us. The massage therapists were very skilled and always checked on us if we were comfortable with their strength and pressure. They only had Swedish massage for their 60-minute body therapy though at this branch. But overall, I would say its a lovely experience with no pressure of them hard selling you anything. The complimentary ginger tea with black sugar just makes the whole experience even more wholesome! Thanks again😊

possibly one of the worst massaging experience i’ve ever had. i went with a friend, and previously we had a rather pleasant experience at the other natureland outlet at cuppage (doing foot reflexology.) so we thought to give it a try at natureland chijmes, doing a full body massage (60 minutes) this time round. it was almost nearing their closing time 10:20pm, so we were glad that they still accepted us. actual review of the massage: overall it wasn’t relaxing at all, it felt like the masseuse had no idea what she was doing and she was randomly pressing into the muscles with no thought put into it, like an amateur would. i had to asked her to lower the pressure many times, to which she would for a few minutes and resume to the original level of pressure. the last time i requested for her to lower the pressure while she was massaging my neck muscles, she replied that she was already using very little pressure. she clearly has no idea how to moderate the level of pressure at all. the way she was kneading my lower back muscles, you could tell she is inexperienced and not qualified at all, as my whole body was moving along with her kneading, as if she kneading a bread dough on the table. i have never experienced anything like that at other massage services, it is truly appalling. it is currently the next morning as i am writing this review, and my lower back feels really bruised. i now have also seen other similar sentiments on google reviews. and i will quote the following from one of them: “It felt like a disconcerted and casual kneading and hard pressing of muscles, at times vengeful.” both my friend and i felt exactly the same way about the massage experience we had yesterday. i have also called the outlet to personally give my feedback on the massage experience, and i was told that they will investigate the situation. i am not sure if anything will be done to improve the quality of massage since the bad reviews i saw on google were given in the recent months as well and clearly they haven’t done anything about it. obviously we will not be returning again.

Did the 5 in 1 massage for 90 minutes and my masseur Luck was professional and very skilful. He was able to identify all the pressure points and focussed on my problem areas. Place was clean and ambiance was perfect - soft music, air conditioning wasn’t too cold, clean sheets that’s replaced after every session. We were also offered bottled water and hot ginger tea after our session. This place is quite popular, saw a lot of locals and tourists. Recommend that you make a reservation ahead of time!
